White label SEO reports your clients will actually read
SolSEO builds white label SEO reports from the same data the dashboard shows, so the PDF a client opens on Monday and the screen you check on Friday cannot disagree. On Agent Plus the report carries your logo and your two colours, and our name appears nowhere in the document.
What white label SEO reports contain, page by page
Six pages and three appendices, in a fixed order, so a client learns where to look once and then knows for ever. Page one carries the headline numbers with their change stated in words rather than only as an arrow: average position, keywords in the top ten, Search Console clicks and impressions, and the site health score.
Page two is the keywords you flagged as working on, which is the list a client agreed to pay for and the list they will ask about. Page three is their top ranking keywords. Page four is share of voice against the competitor set. Page five is the audit health score and what moved in it. Page six is an editable box for what you did this month and what you plan next, written by you, because that is the part no tool can fill in honestly.
The three appendices carry the full keyword table, the full findings list, and the raw Search Console figures, so anybody who wants to check a summary against its source can.
How white label reports are branded, and what white label means here
White label is not a watermark you switch off. Saving a logo and two colours changes the rendered HTML, the PDF, and the PDF's own metadata: Title, Author, Creator, Subject and Keywords. A test in our build asserts that a rendered white label report contains no case insensitive match for our own name anywhere in the document or its metadata, and that every asset the document loads comes from the report's own address rather than from ours. If that test goes red, the build fails and the release does not go out.
Two further rules exist because they had to. A colour that fails contrast against white is refused when you save it, with a sentence explaining why, rather than accepted and then rendered as pale grey text on a pale grey card. And the branding is decided when the report is created rather than when it is rendered, so a report made on Agent Plus is still white label after a downgrade. A client should never receive the same monthly report twice with two different covers.
One plain sentence beside every keyword that moved
The hardest question in a client meeting is why a keyword moved, and the usual answer from a rank tracker is an arrow. SolSEO writes one sentence per mover, built only from evidence already in the database, in a fixed order of preference:
- A site that was not in the top ten at the previous check is in it now, named by domain.
- A SERP feature appeared or disappeared: an AI Overview, a local pack, a shopping row or a featured snippet, measured against the previous check for that keyword.
- The page itself changed between the two checks, dated from the crawl's content hash.
- The movement overlaps a Google update, named and dated. The word used is "during", never "because of", because we cannot know that.
- None of the above, in which case the sentence says that nothing in our data explains this one and the top 20 for that search is otherwise unchanged.
That fifth sentence ships. A reporting tool that invents a reason is the thing agency owners complain about most, and writing "nothing in our data explains this" is both cheaper to build and more useful than a guess a client might act on.
Sending white label reports on a schedule
Set a day of the month per site and the report renders and sends itself. The PDF is produced on our compute box by printing the same HTML the dashboard shows, through the same browser engine, so there is no second report builder to keep in step with the first. A finished report is under three megabytes, which is small enough to survive a corporate mail filter.
Client reports can also be shared as a link, which is the format most clients prefer to an attachment. A revoked or unknown share link answers 404 rather than a refusal, so a forwarded link leaks nothing about whether it ever existed. Agent Plus adds client logins, where a person signs in and sees one site and nothing else.
What white label SEO reports will not tell you
They carry no proprietary authority score. Agencies strip those out of client decks, and a number nobody outside the vendor can reproduce is not evidence of anything. They do not report Bing, because this release tracks Google only, on mobile and desktop, in one country per site. They do not report local pack positions, which arrive later with the Local SEO add-on. They never claim that a ranking change was caused by something. Saying less and being right is the whole point of the document.
Alerts between the monthly SEO client reports
SolSEO is an SEO client reporting tool Australia agencies can run without a second subscription for competitor data, and the alerts are part of the same tool rather than an upgrade.
A monthly report is a summary, not a smoke alarm. Five rules fire in between: a rank drop past a threshold you set, the site not answering, a loss of indexed pages, an audit score regression, and a report finishing. They reach you by email, Discord webhook, Slack webhook and the in app feed, and all four are on every paid plan rather than gated to the top one.
Quiet hours hold the non urgent ones until morning and deliver them as a single grouped message. A site that is down is never held, and neither is a finished report. A keyword that slides from 4 to 11 to 15 to nowhere over three days raises two alerts rather than three, because the rule bands the drop instead of firing on every step.
Which plan includes white label SEO reports
Every plan renders and schedules reports. Agent Plus is the one that removes our branding and adds client logins and share links with open tracking, and it carries unlimited sites and unlimited users at a single price, which is the shape an agency actually needs. The plans below it send the same client reports with our mark on them.
Competitor slots set how many rivals appear in share of voice, and they run 1 on Free, then 3, 5, 10 and 20 as the plans go up. Crawl allowances, which decide how much of a client site page five can describe, run 500 pages a month on Free up to 250,000 on Agent Plus.
The pricing page lists every limit beside its plan, and the documentation walks through the report builder. If you want to see the numbers underneath the reports, start with daily rank tracking, then read how the site audit feeds the health score in your client reports, and how the WordPress plugin puts both inside wp-admin.

Common questions
Can I put my own logo on a SolSEO client report?
On Agent Plus, yes. You set a logo and two colours, and the report carries no SolSEO mark anywhere in the document or its PDF metadata. Plans below Agent Plus send the same report with SolSEO branding.
What does a SolSEO monthly report contain?
Headline numbers with their change, the keywords you flagged as working on, your top ranking keywords, share of voice against the competitor set, Search Console clicks and impressions, the health score and its change, and movers up and down.
Does the report explain why a keyword moved?
One sentence per mover, built only from evidence we hold: a new site in the top ten, a SERP feature that appeared or disappeared, a page that changed between the two checks, or a Google update the movement overlapped. Otherwise it says nothing in our data explains that one.
Can a client see the report without a login?
Yes. Every report can be shared as a link, and Agent Plus adds client logins that show one site each. A revoked share link answers 404 rather than a refusal, so it leaks nothing about whether it ever existed.
How are reports sent?
On a schedule you set per site, as a PDF rendered from the same HTML the dashboard shows, or on demand from the reports page. There is no separate report builder to keep in step with the dashboard.
Start with SEO client reporting you can send this month
The free plan tracks ten keywords on one site weekly and renders a report on demand, with no card and no expiry, which is enough to judge whether the document is one you would put your name on. Rank history is never deleted on any plan, so nothing you build up now is lost if you change plans later. Google's own structured data documentation is worth reading beside the audit findings the report summarises.
