Keyword rank tracking pricing, with every limit stated

Five plans for keyword rank tracking and site audits, in Australian dollars with GST already in the number. Annual is shown first because it works out two months cheaper, monthly is one click away, and cancelling takes one click from inside the app.

Which keyword rank tracking plan fits

The number people compare in rank tracking is the keyword count, so start there. Free is ten keywords on one site, checked weekly, and it does not expire. Basic Personal is fifty keywords on one site with daily checks, which suits a single shop that knows what it sells. Personal Plus is 250 keywords across three sites, which is the shape of a small business with a shop, a blog and a landing page.

Agent Basic is 500 keywords across five sites and is where consultants usually land. Agent Plus is 1,000 keywords, unlimited sites and unlimited users, plus white label reports and client logins, which is the only plan an agency needs no matter how many people log in.

Every paid plan gets the same product underneath: daily keyword rank tracking to the top 20, one country per site, unlimited history, Search Console import, all four audit categories, Core Web Vitals sampling, uptime and SSL probes, and the WordPress plugin at its paired level. The plans differ in how much of it you use, not in which features are switched on.

Add-ons: flat monthly packs, never credits

Add-onPriceWhat it does
Add-on prices appear here once billing is configured.

A rank tracking add-on is a subscription item on the same subscription, so it is one invoice a month and the amount does not move. There is no credit wallet, no metered overage and no surcharge for a crawl that ran longer than expected. If a pack is not enough, buy a second pack.

The site audit that comes with keyword rank tracking on every plan
The audit runs on every plan, including Free. What changes is how many pages a month it may crawl.

What the crawl allowance actually buys

The crawl allowance is the second number worth comparing, because it decides how much of a site the audit can describe. Free crawls 500 pages a month, which is a whole site for most small businesses. The paid plans raise it to 5,000, 20,000, 50,000 and 250,000. A shop with a few thousand products and a filter set can use more of that than it expects, which is exactly why the audit counts filter URLs and reports the number.

Competitor slots are the third. They set how many rivals appear in share of voice and in the client report, and they run 1 on Free, then 3, 5, 10 and 20. Nobody is charged separately for competitor positions, because keyword rank tracking here stores the whole top 20 per check anyway.

Why keyword rank tracking is priced this way

Rank tracking costs real money every day: a residential proxy, a page load, sometimes a solver. Google removed the num=100 parameter on 11 September 2025, so reading a hundred results costs ten page loads instead of one, which is why depth 20 is the default and depth 100 is a separate flat add-on capped at 200 keywords for a site.

The floor we hold ourselves to is that no pack may price a keyword day below one and a half times what that keyword day measurably costs us. That is a rule about our own margin, not a limit you will ever hit, and it is the reason there is no unlimited keyword plan on this page. A tracker that sells unlimited keywords is either sampling or about to change its prices.

What happens to your rank tracking history on a downgrade

Nothing is deleted. Keywords over the new cap are paused and listed so you choose which ones stay active, and every position ever recorded stays exactly where it is. That is a promise the product is built around rather than a policy that could change: rank history has no expiry column in the database to set.

Reports already created keep the branding they were created with, so a client does not receive the same monthly document twice with two different covers. Read the client reporting page for how that works.

Cancelling keyword rank tracking, in one sentence

Cancel from Settings, then Billing, in one click, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no confirmation email to click, no retention offer and nobody to ring. The refund policy on a first annual purchase is fourteen days and it is in the terms rather than in a support conversation.

Solkarra website package clients

If your site is on a Solkarra website package, your plan is part of the package. The billing page shows it as included until the package date, with an upgrade path and no checkout for something you already hold. Nothing on this page needs to be bought twice.

Which keyword rank tracking add-on to buy first

Almost everybody buys the keyword pack, because the cap is the thing you meet. The extra country add-on is next, and it doubles that site's checks, so a site tracked in Australia and New Zealand counts each country's copy against the keyword cap. Top 100 depth is the one to think hardest about: it is five times the scrape volume of depth 20 and it is capped at 200 keywords for a site, which is a deliberate limit rather than an upsell.

Local SEO arrives later and is priced per location rather than per site, because a business with four shopfronts is four sets of results. Until then, keyword rank tracking is national: one country per site, mobile and desktop, Google only.

Common questions about keyword rank tracking pricing

How do I cancel a SolSEO plan?

From Settings, then Billing, in one click. It takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no confirmation email to click, no retention offer and nobody to ring.

Does SolSEO charge per user?

No. Agent Plus carries unlimited users at one price. The plans below it are single user because of what they are for, not because a second seat costs extra.

What happens to my rank history if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Every position ever recorded stays, on every plan including Free. Keywords above the new cap are paused rather than removed, and listed so you choose which ones stay active.

Are the prices in Australian dollars and do they include GST?

Yes. Every price on this page is Australian dollars with GST already in it, so the number you read is the number that leaves the card. Annual is shown first because it works out two months cheaper than paying monthly.

Are add-ons credits that run out?

No. Every add-on is a flat monthly pack on the same invoice: a keyword pack, an extra country for a site, top 100 depth for a site. There is no wallet, no metered overage and no bill that changes because a crawl ran long.

Start keyword rank tracking on Free and move later

The free plan is not a trial. Rank tracking runs on ten keywords weekly on one site, it audits 500 pages a month, renders a report on demand, and keeps its history for ever. Most people stay on it for a few weeks before deciding, which is the point of having it. The rank tracking overview, the site audit page and the WordPress plugin page explain what each part does, and the documentation answers one question a page. Stripe's consumer terms cover the payment side, because Stripe is who takes the card.
