SolSEO and All in One SEO: inside the editor, outside the site
What each one is
All in One SEO configures WordPress from inside wp-admin: titles, descriptions, sitemaps, schema and social tags.
SolSEO is a hosted service. It checks where your pages rank in Google every day, crawls the site from outside once a month and on demand, and grades it out of 100 from 41 checks. It also has a free WordPress plugin that covers the same configuration ground as All in One SEO. You can use it, or leave your current plugin in charge and use only the tracking and the audit.
What a plugin cannot see from inside the site
A plugin reads your database, and at most your own Search Console figures. It never sees the result page, so it cannot tell you who sits above you for a phrase, or that one of them is a rival you track.
It also cannot see what the server sends. Our own crawler found full page caching switched off on all 40 HTML pages of solseo.com.au, and the home page spending 842 milliseconds of its 975 in PHP before the first byte left. No setting in an SEO plugin records that, because it happens between the host, the CDN and the visitor.
What SolSEO's plugin does inside WordPress
The free plugin, on wordpress.org, writes titles and descriptions per page or from a template, builds the XML sitemaps, publishes schema with one offer per variation on a variable product, and handles redirects. It scores each page as you type: thirty four checks on a product against twenty eight on a post.
SolSEO Pro, on a site paired to any paid plan, adds your tracked positions to the post editor beside the page they belong to, and puts the audit's site health list in wp-admin. A fix made there re-reads the page and reports the change, so the score counts it before the next crawl confirms it.
Running both, or switching
Two plugins writing a title tag means Google gets two titles and two descriptions for every page. When our free plugin finds All in One SEO active, it says so on the Plugins list, the WordPress dashboard and its own screens, counts the pages holding All in One SEO fields, and offers to copy them across before you switch one plugin off. It neither steps back quietly nor overwrites quietly. Pick one owner.
Keep All in One SEO and use the SolSEO hub for positions and the audit. You lose the fixes from wp-admin, because those run through our plugin.
Switch and the import brings across titles, descriptions, canonicals, focus keywords, social titles and images, and noindex and nofollow. It shows a preview first and leaves All in One SEO's own data in place.

If all you want is title tags and a sitemap, you do not need an account with us. All in One SEO or our free plugin does that on its own.
